Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-16. EWW: Physics, Guns, Sports & Games is made by Kayden Kadri.

These are the rules for playing EWW: Physics, Guns, Sports & Games. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play it.

What you get

EWW: Physics, Guns, Sports & Games is free to download from the Meta Horizon Store. Some of its games, worlds and other add-ons are sold inside it. Downloading the game, or buying an add-on, gives you a personal licence to play it on headsets signed in to your Meta account. The game and its add-ons are licensed to you, not sold. Neither makes you an owner of its code, its models and pictures, its sounds or its name.

Meta's own terms cover your Meta account and every purchase.

What you may not do

Copy the game's files, or put them anywhere another person can get them.
Get round the check of what you own, or help anyone else get round it.
Cheat in a match, or change what your headset sends to other players.
Harass, threaten or abuse other players.
Sell, rent or lend the game, or charge people to play it, unless we have said yes in writing.
Take the game apart to copy how it is made, except where the law gives you that right whatever these terms say.
Use the game's name, its logo or its pictures as if they were your own.

Who owns it

EWW: Physics, Guns, Sports & Games, its name, its code, its models, its pictures and its own sounds belong to Kayden Kadri. Some sounds are cut from other people's recordings and used under their licences. The credits page names each one.

It needs the internet

The game checks what you own each time it starts, it loads its files from our server as you play, and playing with other people goes through our server too. It needs an internet connection to start and to keep playing. The privacy policy says what is sent.

Play safely

EWW: Physics, Guns, Sports & Games is a virtual reality game. Clear your play space, keep your headset's boundary on, take breaks, and stop if you feel sick, dizzy or unwell. Follow the health and safety warnings that came with your headset.

The guns and everything else in the game are for play. Nothing in it is training for handling a real firearm or any other real weapon.

Age

The game is for players 13 and older.

Refunds

Meta takes every payment, so a refund for an add-on is asked of Meta under Meta's refund rules.

Changes to the game

We may update the game, add things to it or take things out of it. If these terms change, this page changes first and the date above changes with it.

What we promise and what we do not

The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we make no other promises about it, we are not responsible for losses that come from playing it, and anything we do owe you is limited to what you paid us through the store. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be signed away.

If you break these terms

Your licence ends, the game may stop starting for you, and you may be kept out of playing with others.

Which law

These terms are read under the law of California, United States.
